Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint Wax is not suitable for outdoor use. Use Chalk Paint Lacquer 

alternatively for use outdoors. After care: wipe clean with a damp cloth. For tough marks, use a proprietary spray cleaner and rewax where necessary.
